Joseph Conflitti, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon who practices at the UT Health East Texas Orthopedic Institute. “I really enjoy taking care of patients and letting them know that we’re going to do whatever we can to get them back to how they were before their injury or ailment.”
Dr. Conflitti believes in the importance of treating his patients like family. “Everybody is an important person, and I’m going to do everything I can to take care of my patients and their family, just as I would my own.”
In College Station, he earned his bachelor’s degree from the Texas A&M University College of Medicine and his doctor of medicine from the Texas A&M University Health Science Center. In addition, he completed a fellowship at the Charite Hospital and Clinic in Berlin, Germany, and an orthopedic trauma fellowship at the University of Washington Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
Dr. Conflitti is employed as a clinical faculty physician at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
