Shelia Williams is a certified nurse practitioner in Mineola who looks forward to going to work every day. She was a registered nurse who returned to school to earn a Master of Science in nursing. "I wanted to have a direct impact as an individual in a more advanced healthcare role to promote wellness."
She sees patients of all ages and provides care in a timely, efficient manner and in an environment of mutual respect. In addition, her commitment to community health takes her beyond the walls of the clinic with health screenings at her church.
"I try to set realistic goals as a collaborative aggreement between myself and my patient. I feel like what I'm doing is really helping people."
