Jasleen Singh, MD

Jasleen Singh, MD, is a family medicine physician at UT Health East Texas Physicians in Canton. Dr. Singh aims to provide patient-centered care that benefits the patient the most in terms of health, affordability and accessibility. “I want to provide patients with the information they need in simply terms, all while providing the best care possible for them.”

Dr. Singh offers care for patients of all ages and has a special interest in adolescent care and mental health. “I like the idea of being able to follow a patient from a young age to when they’re older, as well as through a specific medical process that a patient might have.” Dr. Singh is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi.

Dr. Singh is employed as a clinical faculty physician at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
