Elizabeth Bui, MD, is a rheumatologist who sees adult patients at UT Health East Texas Physicians at North Campus Tyler. Dr. Bui offers general rheumatology diagnoses and treatment for systemic autoimmune conditions and musculoskeletal diseases, with a special interest in rheumatoid arthritis.
“I chose rheumatology for the opportunity to develop long-term partnerships with patients in the care of chronic conditions. Establishing a relationship with patients and really listening to what they are telling me is not only my favorite part of the job, it’s vital to getting to the right diagnosis.”
She enjoys putting patients’ stories at the forefront of each clinic visit and working with each patient. She wants her patients to know that better quality of life is possible with education, early detection and timely treatment.
Dr. Bui is fluent in English and Vietnamese.
Dr. Bui is employed as a clinical faculty physician at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
