As a radiologist, Dr. Finlay has additional training in interpreting medical images. Dr. Finlay is an expert in radiology with over 25 years of experience. He joined UT Health East Texas in 1993 and has been chairman of the Department of Radiology since 1999. Besides being board certified in diagnostic radiology, he has special training in abdominal imaging using MRI and ultrasound.
Dr. Finlay is employed as a clinical faculty physician at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler under the UT Tyler School of Medicine.
