"I am committed to providing comprehensive care to patients and families throughout all stages of life, aiming to build relationships that foster trust and collaboration to promote wellness. I prioritize listening to my patients, understanding their priorities, and setting shared goals to help them lead healthy and fulfilling lives," said Amanda.
"Inspired by the strong women in my family who dedicated their lives to caring for others, I chose to pursue a career in healthcare. I discovered a passion for building relationships with patients and their families, leading me from working as a nurse at UT Health Henderson and in home health to serving my community as a family nurse practitioner.
"My focus on primary care was influenced by my experience in the emergency department, where I saw the critical need for accessible primary care to prevent and manage health issues before they become emergencies."
In her free time, Amanda enjoys reading, visiting the mountains to watch wildlife and working on her small farm with her husband and sons.
