UT Health East Texas Physicians Jacksonville - Primary Care
Monday - Friday
8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Adriana Sanders, MPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant at UT Health East Texas Physicians in Jacksonville where she sees patients ages five and older. She chose family medicine because this allows her to treat a variety of patients and conditions, while following their care long term. In addition to family medicine, she has a special interest in allergy and asthma.
“I believe being a physician assistant is about more than saving lives,” she said. “It is about touching lives and having a positive impact, no matter how small, on those who need it most.” Adriana chose a career in medicine when her grandfather became ill and she was his primary caregiver. This exposed her to a variety of healthcare professions and she saw the impact of diagnosing, treating and providing compassionate care.
In her spare time, she likes spending time with her friends and family, traveling, reading, going to concerts and baking.
