Complaints & Grievances

To file a complaint or concern with UT Health East Texas, you may also contact the Ethics Point Hotline at 800-633-2939 and may opt to remain anonymous at your discretion.

For grievances regarding civil rights discrimination, please submit your complaint in writing with your name, your address, a description of the alleged discriminatory actions and the resolution sought to the following:
