Constance Bentley, ARPN, NP-C, is a nurse practitioner at UT Health East Texas Physicians in Canton, Jacksonville, Cedar Creek Lake and Tyler. She has more than 20 years of experience in spine care and pain management.

“I have worked in both neurosurgery and interventional pain practices through the majority of my career. I believe that patient education about disease processes and health optimization is the key to empowering people to make the best decisions and lifestyle changes that will have the best outcomes. I take pride in being thorough with patient assessment, as well as patient education about self-care and treatment options,” she said.

When not seeing patients, Constance enjoys taking beach vacations, riding horses, visiting craft breweries and watching her youngest daughter play softball.
